Over recent months we've developed a few useful files which you're welcome to download. For simplicity's sake they're all together in one ZIP file. All files are in Office 4.2 format. The file contains:
OVERSEAS.DOC
A Checklist for overseas trips, including passenger details and provision for that all-important duty-free order. Very useful if printed then laminated for repeated use.
GENDEC.DOC
Another must for overseas trips, this time the document that you fax to Special Branch, partly completed.
PAX.DOC
Once you've done your first GENDEC, paste the pax details into this document for future use. In theory you can continue with as many pages of details as you like.
ATIS.XLS
A kneeboard pro-forma for local trips. The Radio Frequencies can be altered to suit your own requirements. Don't forget that Excel can then sort them into alphabetical order once you've done so.
VISITING.DOC
Something to stick on top of your dashboard whilst visiting the Briefing Room anywhere (like Bristol) where they're hot on parking.
